Psychologically speaking, a negative mindset seldom gets us anywhere. It can cause demotivation, abandonment of, or stalled progress on our tasks or goals; and worse still, it can be cyclical.

- If you're feeling negative today, acknowledge that this is OK. ๐ช๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ต๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ถ๐'๐ ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น. This isn't about toxic positivity.
- Rather than try to stop or quell negative thoughts, ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฝ๐ ๐๐ผ ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐บ. Each negative will usually have an opposing positive. These can be framed as opportunities. Example - I failed. ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ - ๐ ๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฑ.
- Take a few moments to pause and be mindful before you communicate with others. Your negativity may be noticeable and could ๐ถ๐ป๐ณ๐น๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ผ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ which may not be your intent.
