Andreas Worm challenged me to create a Dungeons & Dragons Retro!

Challenge accepted!

On the latest episode of the ๐—ฉ๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น๐˜† ๐—”๐—ด๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฒ ๐—ฉ๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜; this edition featured another of the 'Newer voices' that I aspire to amplify - Andreas Worm

Andreas considers himself a specialising generalist when it comes to agile roles and has a background in product ownership, back end development and as a test automation engineer

In episode 5 of the season 1, we spoke about;

- The value of retrospectives

- Learning from failure

- The importance of a shared understanding, in particular around what 'Quality' means

- Virtual working and lessons learned
