This remains one of the most important goals of mine for the next year. The Agile20Reflect Festival may well be the time for this.

I love the cheeky dig at Jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber along with the Ward Cunningham wiki suggestion.

What do you all think of the values suggested in the comic?

- We definitely need more focus on empiricism 🧪 over gut instinct and / or copy & pasting methodologies

- 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁 🎪

Let's focus on a growth mindset and longitudinal learning over churning out certifications

- Culture change over transformation

I think we need to stop calling change a transformation. Transformation suggests an end state just like a butterfly metamorphoses from a cocoon. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲.

Product centricity - 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 need this reminder.

I also like the amendment to the 'qualifier' at the end. The items on the right enable and help achieve those on the left.
