This remains one of the most important goals of mine for the next year. The Agile20Reflect Festival may well be the time for this.
Ahh, Comic Agile, you're after my heart.
I love the cheeky dig at Jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber along with the Ward Cunningham wiki suggestion.
What do you all think of the values suggested in the comic?
๐ ๐ ๐๐ต๐ผ๐๐ด๐ต๐๐;
- We definitely need more focus on empiricism ๐งช over gut instinct and / or copy & pasting methodologies
Let's focus on a growth mindset and longitudinal learning over churning out certifications
- Culture change over transformation
I think we need to stop calling change a transformation. Transformation suggests an end state just like a butterfly metamorphoses from a cocoon.
Product centricity - ๐ช๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ฎ๐๐ need this reminder.
I also like the amendment to the 'qualifier' at the end. The items on the right enable and help achieve those on the left.
