Retro theme number fourteen for 2021. This one is so nostalgic for me because as a child I had Transformers bedsheets! It was fun to create this retro at the request of one of the teams I work with.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼?
- There's a built in icebreaker which will get people sharing their favourite Transformer. Mine was Starscream!
- Explore as a team where you could improve by speaking like 'Bumblebee' - Sharing how the last iteration went when expressed only using song lyrics, identify what the team needs to 'Transform & Rollout', or what would make the team more like Ironhide (More resiliant).
- Invite your team to rate their own retro using a fist of five (Autobot logos). This approach is designed to guide teams towards the criteria for an outstanding retrospective. Retros themselves shouldn't be omitted from continuous improvement!
- Work doesn't need to be boring!
