Love to see this story from Daniel Capps, CSM, SA , especially as I started my career at DXC (when it was CSC).
When I began posting about the #peoplefirst movement and challenging people to rethink the term resources (when referring to people), I said that if my posts made one person rethink the use of that word, I'd have been successful.
