Why use this retro?
- 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗰𝗲: Choose your lightsaber. Which will you use to destroy the impediments in your teams path to progress?
𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨: Use quotes from the Dark Side of the Star Wars universe to provoke thinking as to how the team is doing. Where are we 'Choking on our aspirations' - Needing to reign in our commitments a little? Or 'Where is our galaxy writhing in chaos & disorder'? - How could we bring more order to the way we work?
