New Retrospective - The Christmas Advent Calendar Retro
It's the most wonderful time.. of the year!
Christmas is upon us and although you're all several days through your advent calendars, why not try this advent themed retrospective with your teams?
How does it work?
There are 24 Christmas themed prompts hidden beneath the windows.
1. Each team member takes it in turns to select a numbered window. Deleting the window will reveal the prompt!
2. Allow time for silent reflection so that people can respond to the prompt.
3. There are several fun, whimsical prompts and the remainder will help your team to generate insights as to how they can improve
4. Capture any actions inside your Christmas stockings and away you go!
