The Haunted House Retro

New Retrospective - Haunted House Retro - What demons do we need to exorcise as a team?

All Hallows Eve fast approaches.

I recently challenged the agile community to create some spooky retros. My own entry into the challenge includes a digitally built haunted house using over a 1,000 shapes inside Miro.

Retro #95 in my collection is the Haunted House Retro, navigate your way through the Haunted House as a team and use the spooky prompts to generate insights..

Navigate the rooms in the Haunted House and use the themed prompts to generate insights as to how your team could improve. Select from;

Prompts:

Attic - Going bump in the night..

What scares us as a team?

What are we afraid of in the coming weeks & months?

Doll room - The walls have eyes..

Where do we need to pay greater focus as a team?

What should we get our eyes upon?

Kitchen - Recipes for disaster..

What isn't working for us as a team?

What's a recipe for our disaster?

Dungeon - Time to experiment..

Where do we need to experiment with our ways of working?

What would bring us to life as a team?
