New Retrospective -House of Dragon - What alliances do your teams need to forge?

Don't worry, no spoilers!

Like millions of others, I'm watching the new Game of Thrones spin off - The House of Dragon. I'm enjoying escaping into Westeros once more and I felt compelled to create a new retro centred around the show.

Retro number #88 in my collection is therefore the House of the Dragon retrospective.

Why use this retro?

Break the ice; Invite the team to choose their Game of Thrones House. Where will they pledge their allegiance? House Targaryen? House Stark? House Velaryon?

𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨: Use prompts themed around House of Dragon universe to generate insights as a team before developing actions for improvement from them.

Prompts

  • Forging Alliances -How can we strengthen the relationships with those we work with? How can we forge alliances that last?

  • Rebellion -What ways of working do we need to rebel against? What isn't helping our house to win our game of thrones?

  • Heirs to the Throne - How will we prepare those working on our product after we're gone? How can we build in quality to our products lineage?

  • Name Day- It's our name day. What are celebrating? What successes or wins have our house had lately?

  • Prophecy - What might a prophecy say about the future of our house? How could we influence our destiny and improve our chances of success?

Retro the retro: Inspect & Adapt the retro itself by rating how much value it brought you & the team using the fist of five scale. Retros themselves should also be subject to continuous improvement

I of course claim no ownership to any of the copyright materials displayed in the template
