Following a challenge from Geoff Watts when he appeared on the Virtually Agile podcast, here's a new micro-retro for you that gets your team focused on their 'Most Wanted' area that needs to be addressed.

- Micro Retros; If your team is struggling to make time for a traditional retro, try this Micro-retro. 30mins only, focused only on their most important issue.
𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨: In keeping with the Western theme, empower the team to choose their 'Most Wanted' area to be addressed. Use the teams 'Six Shooter' to come up with 6 potential solutions, then prioritise the action to take forwards with bullets as dot votes.
Lastly, select the 'Golden Nugget'. The action that the team will take away and address before the next retro
