- It's the beginning of a New Year. Why not jump in the Delorean with your team, choose a destination and work backwards to identify how you can set yourselves up for success.
 
- It can be all to easy to get into the habit of retrospecting only. Mix it up with some futurespection!
 
- I've included a section for what the team can invest in, either technologically or health wise which is more important than ever given our current situation.
